At Figured3D, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. As our products are custom-made, please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Within 48 Hours: You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 48 hours of purchase.

  • After 48 Hours (Before Shipping): Since your custom item has entered production, a 30% customization fee (based on the product price) will apply to cover material and labor costs.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Within 90 Days)

We offer a 90-day return/exchange window from the date of purchase.

  • Quality Issues: If the product arrives damaged, has blurry engraving, or the wrong item was sent, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. You do not need to return the defective item. Please provide clear photos of the issue.

  • Non-Quality Issues: For returns due to personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer, please contact us. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 30% restocking/customization fee will be deducted from the refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of intentional damage or excessive wear.

  • Requests made after 90 days of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and issued back to your original payment method.

  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for non-quality returns.
